The third Product Owner Day will take place on November 11, 2021: On Wednesday (November 3), the makers of the agile podcast “Die Produktwerker” are giving away five tickets to curious Heise readers and their newsletter subscribers. The product workers are cooperation partners of the organizers heise Developer and dpunkt.verlag.

At the Product Owner Day, experts share business stories from their areas. Those who take part learn how successful product development works, how the backlog can be tidied up in a focused manner and processed more finely, even with a heavy load of tasks – but also how one can find better business relationships and implement more convincing results with a coaching attitude.

Oliver Winter from the product workers explains how product owners can get out of the “rescue trap” when people involved in product development demand decisions too quickly. Dependency relationships are an issue between the team and product owners and have a negative effect on self-organization. In practice, active listening and asking questions, with which product development runs more smoothly, has proven itself. His colleague Dominique Winter teaches in an accompanying workshop how emotional stakeholder management works.

If you want to go into the lottery pot, you can either Register for the newsletter on the podcasters website or contact the product workers directly by email. A total of five tickets are up for grabs that grant free access to the online conference on November 11th. If you are brave, you can wait for the lot – the winners will be drawn on November 3rd.
