Agile method: Kanban meets flight levels

the first Kanban Day on February 22, 2022 is approaching and is now in the company of Flight Levels. The of heise Developer and dpunkt.verlag The online conference, organized in cooperation with it-agile and Leanovate, is intended to show the unimagined potential of Kanban and focuses on its use as a management method. One day later, on February 23, 2022, the Kanban experts Sigi Kaltenecker and Klaus Leopold will offer a workshop on Flight Levels. This also takes place online and is designed as a half-day workshop.

Anyone who would like to extend their excursion into the world of agile practices after Kanban Day will find the opportunity to do so in a workshop: The “Flight Levels Introduction” will take place on February 23, 2022 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Flight Levels pioneers Klaus Leopold and Dr. Siegfried Kaltenecker deal with both the basics of the flight level model and concrete implementation examples. The online workshop uses interactive exercises on Zoom and the collaboration platform Miro.

After the workshop, the participants should have a solid foundation of knowledge and be familiar with various areas of application as well as the requirements and procedures for using Flight Levels.
