At Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase yesterday, it focused on indie games coming to Nintendo Switch and seven games released today, including Axiom Verge 2.
Other exciting games featured in the show include the innovative card-based RPG game Loop Hero, Tetris Effect: Connected, Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon and many more. If you missed the Indie World Showcase yesterday, let’s take a look at the games in the event together.
Axiom Verge 2
Released in 2015, Axiom Verge will launch on Nintendo Switch today. Axiom Verge 2 tells the story of a new hero who not only fights for his life, but is empowered by microscopic machines that are slowly consuming him.
Tetris Effect: Connected, 8 Ekim 2021
Tetris Effect: Connected will launch on Nintendo Switch on October 8, 2021, and will bring the single-player Journey mode, competitive Territory Battle mode, and co-op Connected mode. The game will also have cross-platform support.
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is a “graffiti-action-adventure” game that chronicles players’ quest to become All City King, one of the top graffiti artists in an expanding metropolis. This new game will be released as a console exclusive game in 2022.
Loop Hero is coming to Switch this winter
Loop Hero, the card-based RPG game developed by Four Quarters and Devolver Digital, will come to Nintendo Switch this winter. Using an expanding deck of cards, it’s up to you to ensure your characters can survive each turn before succumbing to a gruesome fate.
Eastward on Switch next month
Eastward is an action-adventure RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world with both puzzle-solving and dungeon elements. You play a hard-working miner named John, who finds a young girl named Sam in a secret underground facility in Eastward. Eastward, where you’ll explore bustling towns, campgrounds, and dark forests, will be released exclusively for Nintendo Switch on September 16.
Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon
Shovel Knight: Pocket Adventure will be released this winter. Embark on a new adventure to battle Puzzle Knight’s enemies, find treasures and battle Bosses both old and new. Shovel Knight: Pocket Adventure will bring more than 10 heroes with their own special powers and playstyles, and this puzzle game will allow you to fight with a friend in local multiplayer mode.
Metal Slug Tactics, 2022’de Switch’te
Metal Slug Tactics offers a fresh take on the classic Metal Slug franchise, adding tactical combat mechanics and roguelike elements to the mix. Players will control their familiar characters like Marco, Tarma, Fio and Eri, but the most important element in this game will be to position your characters correctly at the right moment. Metal Slug Tacts was released for Nintendo Switch in 2022.
TOEM Coming to Switch this Fall
TOEM is an adventure game where you embark on a journey of discovery and use your photographic eye to uncover the mysteries of the city of the same name, TOEM.
Take a post-apocalyptic journey in FAR
While FAR: Changing Tides is a new atmospheric adventure game set in a post-apocalyptic universe first presented to players as FAR: Lone Sails, players will not need to know anything about the series to enjoy this new story. Captain your own ship in FAR: Changing Tides and explore a vast submerged terrain.
Necrobarista: Final Pour, bugün Switch’te
Necrobarista: Final Pour is coming to Switch today. All about coffee and death, Necrobarista: Final Pour introduces players to an amazing visual novel game with its anime-style design.
Boyfriend Dungeon
Boyfriend Dungeon, a dungeon crawling game, brings with it many weapons, from dancing swords to heart-piercing daggers. Boyfriend Dungeon is out on Switch today.
Garden Story
Explore a vibrant island, fend off the invading Rot, and heal a community and rebuild your home in Garden Story. Garden Story will air today on Switch.
ISLANDERS: Console Edition
ISLANDERS is a relaxing strategy game that lets you develop an island by placing buildings from your inventory. When your island is no longer buildable, you can start from scratch and do everything on another island. ISLANDERS: Console Edition launches today on Nintendo Switch.
Alongside these games are Slime Rancher: Plortable Edition, Curious Expedition, Hundred Days – Winemaking Simulator, Gang Beasts, ASTRONEER, and LumbearJack coming to Nintendo Switch.
