The 15 months with many corona-related restrictions have left their mark: Not everyone can create the ergonomic conditions in the home office that (should) prevail in the office. And sometimes you have neglected your training in the absence of the usual sports offer.
As a result, the back is often the first to respond – the neck is tense or there is a pinch further down: time to give the back new impulses. There are tons of apps, online courses and videos for that. But what do you have to consider? We have examined a selection of interesting offers, the apps Vivira, Ratiopharm back school and “The 5 minute back training” (GM5). Also included are the online courses “Fit and healthy back” from Gymondo and “Functional back strengthening training” from fithoch3, as well as the YouTube channels StrongandFlexTV and FuncFIT.
Two of the apps tested are free: the back training and “The 5 minute back training”. The videos from StrongandFlexTV and FuncFIT can also be accessed free of charge. All other offers are chargeable, although the statutory health insurance companies cover the costs in many cases. The box below explains how to find courses that your health insurance company pays for.
