Those who have played the Battlefield 2042 beta may have come across any problem. As in all trial versions of this style, it is about builds under development, so there is room for improvement. EA DICE, the studio responsible for the saga, has recognized this in the official presentation, which MeriStation has attended. The developer has explained that the beta is “a few months” old.
After verifying that there was still work to be done, DICE decided to delay the game to polish the gaming experience. There will be no mouse and keyboard on consoles, at least at launch
EA DICE’s new work will implement cross-play, but will not allow console users to use keyboard and mouse. In any case, they do not close the doors to that possibility, since the developer is aware that there is interest. They are currently Looking for a solution that doesn’t spoil the cross-play experience. They say they will be the first to report if they eventually take the plunge and introduce this feature.
Battlefield 2042 is in development for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X y Xbox Series S. After the one-month delay, the release date is set for November 11.
