+ The movie you must see before the premiere of Shang-Chi

In 2013, after the success of The Avengers the year before, the MCU released Iron Man 3, where we saw the consequences in Tony Stark of the battle of New York against Loki and the Chitauri army. It was there that he was first introduced in the franchise to The Mandarin, villain played by Ben Kingsley, who will have his great return to Marvel.

As fans will recall, in the second sequel to Iron Man They introduce us to the antagonist as the person behind the evils of Stark, although halfway we found out that it was actually an actor named Trevor Slattery who functioned as a front for Aldrich Kilian (Guy Pearce). This was a disappointment for much of the public, since the character was highly anticipated in the MCU and in the end it was all a farce.

The good news for fans is that we will have a rematch of The Mandarin, given that Tony Leung will embody it, but will be called as Wenwu. In this new movie we know that he trained his son, Shang-Chi, to be part of the criminal organization Ten Rings, but he decided to leave the “family business” and moved to the United States.
