After making a pleasant impression at the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) last year with the path of the sun, director Claudia Sainte-Luce will participate in Berlin with her film God’s kingdom, film that addresses the relationship of a child with his grandmother from a doubt that the child has about the idea of feeling God before making the first communion.
Another filmmaker present with her work is Cris Gris, who will exhibit her short soul and peace, seen at FICM in 2021. In this work, she captures the story of a girl who struggles to maintain a connection with her deceased mother just when her sister bursts into her life with a change of plans.
