Danish coach Thomas Frank has extended his contract until June 2025 at Brentford, a football club that has been playing in the Premier League since this season, his employer announced on Monday.

Frank, 48, took up his position with the Bees in October 2018. Last season, he managed to take the club up via the play-offs in the Premier League, where they currently occupy fourteenth place. “I’ve been here for five years and it’s been a privilege and a pleasure every day to work with this fantastic group of players and staff, and also with the fantastic fans. We have created much of Brentford’s history. I can’t wait to do my best every day to try to create a new story with all the fantastic people at the club,” said Frank.
