Crimean authorities say they have thwarted a Ukrainian drone attack on Sevastopol

The governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, reported on Saturday that Russian forces have managed to thwart a Ukrainian drone attack on the port of the city, without any known casualties or material damage.

The governor has verified at least two drones, both destroyed, in an attack that began at 04.30 in the morning, local time.

“Different air defense systems in Sevastopol repelled drone attacks. All UAVs were shot down,” the governor said in a message posted on the VKontakte social network collected by the TASS agency.

This is the second drone attack in the last 24 hours after the one that occurred last night, also neutralized, according to the Russian authorities of Crimea.
