Demi Lovato Announces New Album ‘Holy Fvck’ Coming in August

Demi Lovato (29) will release a new album in just a few weeks. On August 19, “Holy Fvck” will be released. According to a press release, the record will contain 16 tracks, which should therefore be a tribute to the musical past of the pop star. Lovato apparently focuses more on rock and pop-punk sounds.

The first single and planned tour

On Instagram, Lovato already gives a mini foretaste. But fans don’t have to wait long for a fresh song. The first new single “Skin Of My Teeth” will be released on June 10th. The evening before, the song will celebrate its premiere on the “Tonight Show” by US host Jimmy Fallon (47).

The work on an album was still as fulfilling as with “Holy Fvck”, explains the star according to the message in a statement. “I’ve never been more confident with myself and my music, and this record speaks for itself,” Lovato explains. The album is for the fans.

There will also be a “Holy Fvck” tour for the new album, where Lovato will be accompanied by Dead Sara and Royal & The Serpent. So far, however, only performances in North and South America are planned between August and November. It starts on August 13 in Springfield, Illinois. For the time being, the last show is scheduled for November 6 in Irving, Texas.
