More details, in the video above.

Tyler Sinclair, public information officer for the Cuyahoga District Attorney’s Office, told E! News, that a 15-year-old girl reported to the local Canadian police department in October 2018 about an alleged incident between her and Bell at a Cleveland nightclub in 2017. Sinclair said Canadian authorities contacted the Cleveland Police Division, which later conducted an investigation.

Sinclair said the investigation revealed that the teenager had established a relationship with Bell several years earlier and attended his concert in December 2017. There, Bell “violated his duty of care,” Sinclair stated and, as a result, created a risk of harm to her.

Additionally, Sinclair said the investigation revealed that Bell sent the teen “inappropriate messages on social media” in the months leading up to the concert.
