Emilio Jaime, who became known on the small screen in Peru for being part of the program “Esto es guerra”, changed his stage name and now calls himself Emil. Focused on his musical career, the artist has just released his EP.
After eight months of work in Medellín, Colombia, Emil released his first EP, a production that bears the same name and contains 7 songs, including two duets: one with the renowned urban singer Reykon and the other with Ezio Oliva.
“Emil’s EP can be summarized as an urban, dynamic and interesting musical proposal. Songs with which the Peruvian artist intends to position himself internationally in the music industry, in addition to taking and representing the urban genre of Peru to new levels “It was noted in a statement.
In addition to the aforementioned artists, Emil has had the collaboration of the urban artistic collective, BO, from Medellín, made up of composers, producers and interpreters from that city.
In addition to the name change and the EP, another novelty is added to this release, and Emil will use ‘The cause’ as a slogan, a phrase that refers to three elements: the cause as an expression of friendship and camaraderie; the cause as a typical Peruvian entry; and finally, music as its cause in the world.
