EA has announced an error in its Steam listing stating that FIFA 22 will have a PC activation limit on PC.

Following the discovery of the “can be activated on a single computer” warning on the FIFA 22 Steam page Eurogamerreached Electronic Arts. After the meeting, the phrase on the game’s Steam page was removed.

EA’s official statement

EA told Eurogamer that there is no activation limit on PC.

“We can confirm that there is no single computer limit for FIFA 22 you receive via Steam. The error caused by this incorrect listing has been removed from the system. We apologize for the confusion and thank our community for noticing this error.”

Apparently this was just a simple listing error rather than a cap that was removed after fans’ backlash. After the bug was fixed, FIFA 22 players no longer have to worry about any limits.
