After great success, Euphoria becomes the second most-watched series on HBO, after Game of Thrones.
According to Variety, the show starring Zendaya reached a new record by attracting more than 6 million viewers in its final episode of Season 2.
Likewise, all episodes of this last season have an average of 16.3 million viewers, being the best performance for any season of an HBO series in the last 18 years.

Euphoria was the main series in the United States, Latin America, and Europe, in addition, the most tweeted with approximately 34 million tweets.
After the notable increase in viewers, the HBO network renewed the series for one more season.
“Sam, Zendaya, and the entire cast of Euphoria have taken the second season to extraordinary heights, challenging conventions and narrative forms, keeping their hearts.”

“We couldn’t be more honored to work with this tremendously talented team, we are excited to continue our journey with them in season three,” Francesca Orsi, HBO’s executive vice president of programming, said in a statement.
The series also stars Hunter Schafer, Nika King, Eric Dane, Angus Cloud, Jacob Elordi, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Maude Apatow, Javon Walton, Dominic Fike, Storm Reid, and Austin Abrams.
