The popular Telemundo morning show, Today, has undergone many changes in the last few months. With the departure of some of its star presenters and the incorporation of new faces, the show has required a great adaptation from both the team and viewers. However, despite these challenges, Today continues to bet on the best and recently celebrated a great triumph.
The entire team of Today, happy and very proud, shared its latest achievement with its greatest accomplice, the audience. Among the many changes that the program has undergone, not only are there personal ones but also the transformation of the show’s colors, design, and staging. The show has received recognition for its hard work and dedication and has received a prestigious award.
According to the show, Today has won the prestigious Telly Award for Best Recording Set. Crisermy Mercado, the creator and manager of all the colors, width, and designs that you see on the set, led the entire team to celebrate this new achievement. Crisermy, the production designer and winner of an Emmy, said, “this triumph is everything.”
During his time on the show this Wednesday, Crisermy revealed that his greatest inspiration to create the set was the Latino community that watches Today. The Latino community continues to inspire the creators of the show to create an experience that is reflective of their culture.
The success of the show doesn’t stop there. The creator also revealed that the team won the BRONZE Telly award for another show on the network, La mesa caliente. Congratulations to the entire team on your success!
