Producer Amy Pascal confirmed to Variety that a fourth Spider-Man film is in development in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Tom Holland and Zendaya returning as Peter Parker and MJ. However, the Hollywood writers’ strike has put the project on hold, and it won’t resume until the writers’ union strikes a deal with companies in the sector.

In her interview with Variety, Pascal also revealed plans for other Spider-Man projects. Sony Pictures plans on developing a live-action film of Miles Morales, a Spider-Man with Latino and African-American roots, and a Spider-Woman movie. Fellow producer Avi Arad confirmed that the Spider-Woman movie would be sooner than we think.
