Facebook Inc (NASDAQ: FB ) said on Thursday it is taking steps to incorporate direct responses from users to adjust its home page according to their preferences.

The Facebook home page, which includes posts from friends and businesses, is the first thing users see when they open their account on the mobile app or go to the website.

The company is conducting tests globally to get more specific feedback from users about what they want to watch, Facebook wrote in a blog post.

Facebook also said it would review posts with a lot of angry reactions to ask people what content they wanted to see less of.

Users have asked for more control of their home page and less political or motivational content, the social media company previously said.
