In Fast & Furious 8, a mysterious woman named Cipher (Charlize Theron). She somehow convinces Judgment to go over to the dark side and betray his loved ones. After seeing the development of this plot, many of the followers have begun to wonder about the age of the little boy Brian Marcos, since it had been a long time since he had a romantic relationship with Elena.
WHY IS THE AGE OF THE SON OF TORETTO NO SENSE?
Judgment and Elena ended their romantic relationship during the events of Fast & Furious 6 , which took place in 2013 according to the canonical timeline Fast & Furious who made the web Screenrat. Seeing that this was their last point of contact between them, it is likely that Elena would have been pregnant prior to the events of Furious 7.

In reality, young Brian would have been around three or four years old according to his supposed conception in 2013. Instead, the franchise Fast & Furious introduced a plot hole by using a baby to play Dom’s son. From a story point of view, it made sense why the series wanted Toretto to show himself in his new facet of father, but the question remains as to Brian’s age.
It’s currently unclear when the ninth Fast & Furious movie will be released, but based on trailer footage for F9 , Dom’s son is depicted younger than the timeline suggests.
