StarzPlay never ceases to amaze us. After a 2021 with impressive productions from the likes of Heels, Power Book III: Raising Kanan, Express y Malayerba, his first production in Spanish, in a very short time reaches the screen of the platform, Shining Vale, a dramatic series with shades of horror thriller starring none other than Courteney Cox and the Oscar nominee, Greg Kinnear.

What will Shining Vale be about
The story, written by Jeff Astrof and Sharon Horgan, revolves around Pat and Terry Phelps, a couple who use their savings to move into a striking yet mysterious Victorian-style mansion in Shining Vale, Connecticut. Both are trying to cope with their marriage, after Pat confessed an infidelity to her husband. As if that were not enough, the woman not only has to deal with the indifference of her teenage children, she is also trying to write her second novel without much success.
In addition to Greg Kinnear Y Courteney Cox, the cast includes the participation of the Oscar winner, Mira Sorvino.
Shining Vale is produced by Other Shoe Productions’ Jeff Astrof, Merman’s Sharon Horgan and Clelia Mountford (“Motherland,” “This Way Up”), Aaron Kaplan (“The Chi,” “The Neighborhood”) and Dana Honor (“A Million Little Things”, “The Unicorn”) from Capital Entertainment. But that is not all. Courteney Cox also sponsors as producer. In turn, the series has production support from Warner Bros. Television and Lionsgate Television in association with Other Shoe Productions, Merman and Kapital Entertainment.
When does Shining Vale premiere on StarzPlay?
The series will hit the network’s screen next Sunday March 6. In the United States and Canada it will be through the Starz channel, while on its international streaming platform STARZPLAY for Europe, Latin America and Japan.
