We already know the first details of the new collaboration that Epic Games has prepared for its flagship game: Fortnite Battle Royale. Nothing more and nothing less than with Jordan, from Nike. The event from Fortnite x Jordan bring to the video game new skins, a Creative Mode map to hunt down sneakers Air Jordan 11 Cool Grey. Just below we leave you everything we know regarding this collaboration of the Season 8 of the Battle Pass from Fortnite Chapter 2:
Fortnite x Jordan: everything we know about the collaboration
At around 4:15 p.m. CET on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, on the private Discord server of the NiteStats community, dedicated to all kinds of Fortnite leaks and datamining (and to which we have access), the first official images from Fortnite x Jordan collaboration. These are:
In these images we see new skins that would be from the store, dressed in nike / air jordan clothing. We do not know their names, nor their price, but yes that they are two skins with different styles. Images of his Creative Mode map, called “Jumpman Zone“:
From these images, we deduce that A basketball minigame will be implemented in Fortnite, which was first leaked in an official document made public during the Epic Games and Apple trial:
The latter is practically confirmed; at around 10:00 p.m. CET on 11/29/2021, several Fortnite paks were decrypted, revealing new basketball items for Creative Mode inside, like a new basketball:
In addition to this, among the leaked images we have found a graffiti, from which we deduce that there will be a mission on the Jumpman Zone map to win it for free:
This mission could have something to do with the Air Jordan 11 that are also in the Fortnite archives.. Maybe collect them on the Jumpman Zone map, in a similar way to what we already had to do in one of the missions of the collaboration with Balenciaga.
We will update this news as soon as Epic Games reports on this and gives more details about it; the official announcement (and perhaps the launch of all this content in Fortnite) could be on 12/01/2021.
