A collaboration between Fortnite Battle Royale, Epic Games’ flagship video game, and Resident Evil, another of the titans of Capcom. Although at the time we write the news there is no official announcement, all the data is solid; in just a couple of hours they should reach Fortnite skins from Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, of the team S.T.A.R.S. from Raccoon City. We tell you everything we know about this new collaboration of the Season 8 of the Battle Pass from Fortnite Chapter 2 just below:
Fortnite x Resident Evil: everything we know
Every day at 00:00 CEST, a bot on the NiteStats private Discord server (a community dedicated to datamining, leaks and all kinds of content about Fortnite), it is updated with the sections that the store will have when it is updated two hours later at 02:00 CEST. As well; At 00:00 CEST on Sunday, October 24, 2021, the bot in question brought with it an extremely valuable piece of information: in the next store there will be a section called “RE“, and its display name is”S.T.A.R.S. Team“, O “STARS team” in Spanish.
Taking into account that Fortnite skins usually come in pairs of boy and girl, and seeing that “RE” and “Team STARS” effectively refer to Resident Evil, hopefully a Chris Redfield skin and a Jill Valentine skin will arrive, protagonists of the first title of Capcom’s survival horror series.
We don’t know anything else about it yet, though in less than two hours after the publication of this news we will see this content in the store, added to the official announcement by Epic Games. At this time, we will update this news to show you this content in all its glory.
