Gold futures fell during the Asian session

Gold futures were lower during the Asian session on Thursday.

On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold futures for December delivery were trading at US$1.00 a troy ounce. At the time of writing this report they are falling by 0.63%.

It early reached a session low for dollars per troy ounce. Gold is likely to find support at 1713.00 and resistance at 1772.30.

Dollar Index Futures, which reports the performance of the US dollar against a group of six other major currencies, rose 0.35% to trade at $109.04.

On the other hand, at the Comex, La Platafor December delivery fell 1.96% to trade at $17.53 a troy ounce while Copper for December delivery fell 0.95% to trade at $3.48 a pound.
