Gwen Stefani’s eldest son, Kingston Rossdale, made his public singing debut on Friday night at his stepfather Blake Shelton’s bar in Oklahoma. The 17-year-old, who is the son of Stefani and her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, surprised the audience with a solo performance at Ole Red in Tishomingo. The moment was captured in a video shared on TikTok, where Kingston confidently chatted with the audience and the musicians on stage before showcasing his strong vocal skills.
The crowd cheered and clapped as Kingston hit impressive notes during his performance. After finishing the song, he expressed his gratitude to the audience, saying, “Love you guys, thank you for being here! Thank you, it means everything to me, really. I hope you guys had a great night, enjoy yourselves!”

In an interview, Shelton expressed how his role as a stepfather has taught him about the importance of family and being there for his stepsons.
Aside from Kingston’s performance, Gwen Stefani also joined her husband on stage at Ole Red. The couple performed their hit duets, “Nobody But You” and “Happy Anywhere,” to the delight of the audience. This marked Stefani’s in-person debut on the Grand Ole Opry stage, although she had previously appeared virtually from their Oklahoma ranch. The performance earned Stefani two standing ovations from the crowd.
Blake Shelton took to social media to share his excitement about Gwen Stefani’s Opry debut, writing, “Congratulations [Gwen Stefani] on not one but TWO standing ovations for your Grand Ole [Opry] stage debut!!!! That was an incredible moment to witness.”
The couple’s love story began when they were both coaches on the reality singing competition show, The Voice. The show was well-represented at the Opry that night, with performances from past winners and contestants. Season 18 winner Todd Tilghman also made his Opry debut, invited by Shelton himself.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton share a property in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, where they have created many memories together. The ranch served as their quarantine location during the COVID-19 pandemic and was also the venue for their wedding in July 2021.
Overall, it was a memorable night for the Stefani-Shelton family as Kingston Rossdale showcased his talent and Gwen Stefani made her in-person debut on the Grand Ole Opry stage. The couple continues to support each other’s musical endeavors and create special moments together.
