The recently released trailer from Warner Bros. Pictures opens with Pattinson’s character, Mickey Barnes, expressing a feeling of desperation: “Nothing was working out, and I wanted to get off Earth.”

This desire leads him to apply for a job that promises not only adventure but also the certainty of imminent death.

A voice in the trailer explains the job’s unique aspect: “Once you die, we’ll print a new version of your body. Every time you die, we learn something new and humanity moves forward.”

Despite the endless cycle of dying and being resurrected, Mickey admits that “dying hasn’t gotten any easier, even after 17 times.”

The routine of dying is interrupted when Mickey learns that one version of himself has survived. This revelation leads to a new level of tension that complicates his circumstances.

In the gripping trailer, a character named Marshall, played by Mark Ruffalo, warns, “In the case of Multiples, we exterminate every individual.”
