Is There a Release Date for WondLa Season 2?

Fans are curious if WondLa will return for a second season and if it has a release date. The 2024 animated series developed by Bobs Gannaway has recently hit the screens on Apple TV Plus, featuring seven interesting episodes.

Here’s all the WondLa Season 2 release date information we know so far and all the details on when it is coming out.

WondLa Season 2 does not have an official release date, but it will likely be announced in the future.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Skydance Animation, the studio responsible for animating WondLa has made a two-season deal with Apple. Thus, it is a possibility that WondLa Season 2 is happening. As of now, there’s no official release date. Since Season 1 came out recently on June 28, 2024, it is too soon to speculate on a possible release date for the next season.

WondLa is an animated sci-fi fantasy series, adapted from the children’s book series, The Search for WondLa, A Hero for WondLa, and The Battle for WondLa, by American artist Tony DiTerlizzi. The story follows Eva who finds herself stranded on a planet filled with strange aliens, with no humans in sight. With the help of Otto, a giant tardigrade, and Rovender, the alien, Eva heads out and looks for a way back home.

ComingSoon will provide an update to this story once we receive official details.

The show features a talented voice cast including Jeanine Mason as Eva, Micaiah Chen as Young Eva, Brad Garrett as Otto, Teri Hatcher as Muthr, Gary Anthony Williams as Rovender Kitt and Roshon, and others.

WondLa Season 2 is anticipated to come out on Apple TV Plus.

As mentioned above the show was greenlit for two seasons by Apple in association with the production house Skydance Animation. Hence, both the first and the upcoming second season will be streaming on Apple TV Plus.
