Jane Fonda is ‘not proud’ of her facelift

Jane Fonda is not sure that she would resort to the scalpel again if she went back in time, but she is currently grateful to have left cosmetic surgeries as a tool to stop the effects of the years, at the time she did, since she would not have liked to have had a “terrible” result.

In a recent interview with Vogue USA magazine, the 84-year-old actress said: “We all know a lot of rich women who have undergone all kinds of facelifts and things like that, and they look terrible. I had a facelift and stopped doing it because I don’t want to look disfigured. But I’m not proud of my decision. I don’t know if I would do it again. But I did it and I admit it.”

The ‘Grace and Frankie’ star warned people not to get carried away by cosmetic surgeries, as these can lead to addiction.

Today, Jane maintains a simple beauty regimen based on hydration, sleep, exercise, and very good friends that make her laugh. But also, a full and safe sex life.

The ‘Nine to Five’ star — who has been married three times in her life to Roger Vadim, Tom Hayden, and Ted Turner — recently claimed that sex gets better for women as they age “because they lose the fear of saying what they want.”

“I think women tend to get better because they lose the fear of saying what they need. We waste too much time without saying, ‘Wait a minute. No. Slow down. And a little bit to the left.’ We don’t want to do that. But when we’re older we ask for what we want.”
