Recently, Hough turned heads in New York City with an all-black outfit.

For her Big Apple appearance, she donned a fringe black dress complemented by black slingback stilettos. The chic figure-hugging dress was designed by Jonathan Simkhai’s New York City-based label, Simkhai, and styled by Jennifer Mazur. The silhouette features a box neck and intricate latticework detailing, with fringe cascading from just above the knee to the ankle.

The shoes she paired with the dress were the Boris slingback pumps from Schutz. These suede pumps feature a heel of just over four inches, a pointed toe, and a secure ankle buckle.
