Kate Hudson recently enjoyed a summer vacation in Greece with her fiancé, musician Danny Fujikawa, and her daughters, Bingham and Rani Rose. Sharing a delightful compilation of their trip, Kate was seen in a tiny purple bikini, exploring various historical sites, and soaking in the local attractions. One of the highlights was her jumping into the water after sunbathing, accompanied by the caption, “Come rain or come shine… just soaking it in.” The post has since garnered over 80,000 likes with numerous people praising her stunning appearance.

Kate’s followers were quick to shower her with compliments, applauding her youthful glow that she has retained over the years. Someone mentioned, “You’re always drop dead beautiful,” while another follower humorously noted that their vacation pictures are never as perfect as Kate’s, which resembled mini movie scenes.

Kate is thoroughly enjoying her forties, which she confidently says is her best decade yet. According to her, aging is not a concern because she is having the time of her life. She feels more focused on leaving a mark through her creativity and is eager to “just jump into the deep end” rather than play it safe.

This new approach has influenced her lifestyle significantly. Kate now maintains a healthier lifestyle with a higher protein diet and increased strength training. She has balanced her love for pilates with more intense workouts, which she finds essential as she gets older. Kate swears by her daily food tracker and protein-rich breakfasts to maintain her weight.
