Recently, Kelvin has returned to the spotlight after he bought a 120-acre farm in the Peak District and began filming his new show, Kelvin’s Big Farming Adventure.
He lives on the farm with his wife Liz and two children, with two more on the way as they announced in January that they were expecting twins.
The Fletcher family also cares for a variety of farm animals, including pigs, lambs, cows, sheep, and even some alpacas.
Kelvin lives on the farm with his family, who are expecting two newcomers.
The show was a huge success and showed the ups and downs of his life in his new environment.
The Manchester-born actor seems to have taken a leaf from the book from his Emmerdale character, opting for a family farm setting away from the hustle and bustle of big city life.
Storm Franklin recently ravaged the UK and the Fletcher family felt its full force.
The power outage at his Peak District farm for three hours left Kelvin, his pregnant wife, and two children trapped in a car as the storm subsided.
Kelvin’s Big Farming Adventure follows the Fletchers as they navigate life in the rural setting.
He shared the experience with his 449,000 followers: “We ran home to try to watch the latest episode of Kelvin’s Big Farming Adventure, but we had a power outage, so we can’t even get home.”
“We’re literally sitting in the way of the car,” he informed his fans.
His extensive and varied career has allowed him to focus also on a motor racing career and he has competed in the British Touring Car and British GT Championships.
Fletcher’s net worth is estimated at around £3.7 million, and fans speculate that his new farm may have cost more than £2 million.
The former Emmerdale star also owns a Lamborghini Huracan, a £180,000 luxury sports car that was seen driving last year.
