We rarely speak of cities like Granada, but now it’s time to do it. We can talk about great benefits of this city and to them we must add a new gastronomic project. Your name? The farm, one of the best restaurants in the Andalusian city. A renovated restaurant that becomes a good excuse to travel to the city of Alhambra.

La Finca is the hotel’s renovated project The Bobadilla, a 5-star Grand Luxury accommodation -e sustainable luxury icon– which now has a very interesting restaurant. Who is behind this update is one of the best chefs in the area, Murcian chef Pablo GonzĆ”lez. GonzĆ”lez has 2 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns. All thanks to the restaurant The Cabin.

And not only that, GonzĆ”lez was awarded by the International Academy of Gastronomy three years ago and his kitchen Ā«is characterized by the attention to detail in its creative elaborations, with undoubted roots in the gastronomy of Granada present in their two tasting menus ā, as they explain us. By the way, sustainability is an ingredient in every menu.

And what do we find in them besides this sustainability? Grenadian raw material that is present in each of the dishes. And some other more special product like caviar from RiofrĆo, something difficult to find in other places in Spain. Other details that we notice in the dishes is the extra virgin olive oil that, according to what they tell us, can be enjoyed with a special tasting with a sommelier specialized. And all this is enjoyed in a way slow⦠Because here you breathe the Slow Travel. Ā«And all the dishes are accompanied by a select list of local, national and international wines that seeks to exalt the personality of each dish Ā».

And what do we find outside of La Finca? A spectacular place a few kilometers from the Granada town of Loja to rest from the city and do it in the middle of nature. A special and unrepeatable accommodation, as they define it, which tries to make its guests enjoy special experiences. And this is what happens at La Finca and throughout La Bobadilla.
