The program “The Senior Voice” It premiered on the night of Friday, August 27, amid great expectations. Prior to the blind auditions, the coaches made up of the Pimpinela duo, Daniela Darcourt, Eva Ayllón and Tony Succar, appeared on set and gave a small show.
The first to appear were the Pimpinela duo, who performed “A esa”, a song that was released in 1997. Minutes later Daniela Darcourt joined in, who also sang part of the song, but in a salsa version.
After that, Joaquín Galán gave Eva Ayllón a pass, who entered with “What are we lovers” and then dance with Tony Succar to the rhythm of his timpani.
At the end of the presentation, Cristian Rivero appeared and introduced the coaches. “Spectacular, they are the coaches of ‘La Voz Senior’. Rivero explained that the new format will be aimed at people over 60 who seek to shine on stage. “Gentlemen, for the first time in this country a format that tells you that there is no age for talent, La Voz Senior arrives in Peru for the first time”, he pointed.
