Laura Matamoros’ Heartbreak: Struggling to Cope with her Son’s Post-Surgery Trauma

Laura Matamoros Reveals Son’s Surgery

It has been a difficult week for Laura Matamoros, as she recently revealed to her followers on Instagram. The influencer, who is set to become one of the main stars at her father’s wedding on June 2nd, shared that her one-and-a-half-year-old son Benjamin had to undergo a surgery.

The surgery involved opening the tear duct and Laura explained how worried she was for her baby. Even though she knows that it’s a common operation and the best hands are taking care of her son, Laura said she continued to feel anxious.

Successful Surgery and Recovery

Thankfully, the operation was a success and Benjamin was able to head home to start his recovery. Laura updated her followers again and shared how happy she was that everything went according to plan.

She also revealed that it was a bit scary when her son woke up from the anesthesia, but he quickly recovered from feeling uncomfortable. To show her gratitude for the outpouring of support during this time, Laura shared photos of Benjamin in her arms in the recovery room, as well as a photo of both her sons as they headed home from the hospital.

Other Health Challenges

Even amidst this challenging time, Laura has been open and honest about other health challenges she’s faced. Last month, the influencer revealed she suffers from low blood pressure glaucoma, which has caused her to lose some vision in her right eye over the years.

While she knows she’ll never regain her lost vision, Laura is grateful to have two eyes and continue to control the condition. She explained that it’s not genetic or a congenital disease and she’s been stable for the past few years.

Laura Matamoros has had a challenging week but has shown resilience and gratitude throughout. With the successful surgery of her son and her openness about her own health challenges, she continues to inspire her followers to face their own difficulties with strength and positivity.
