The president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, addresses the public after the concentrations of opponents registered this weekend in the midst of the health emergency due to covid-19.

Accompanied by his government, the president offered the floor to the Minister of Energy and Mines, Liván Arronte Cruz, to answer questions from the press.
