Chapter 5 of the “Loki” series is now available on Disney Plus. It is a production that expands the story of the god of deception after having escaped with the tesseract in the film “Avengers: Endgame.”

In short, the character is captured by TVA because by breaking the natural line of time he had created a multiverse that could break the entire structure created by the guardians of time.

Instead of being eliminated, he briefly joins the authority of time to capture a variant of himself. However, he ends up bonding with Sylvie and eventually meeting other versions of Loki living in the ‘End of Time’.

This dimension is guarded by Alioth, a powerful being who consumes everything he touches. Sylvie’s plan is not to eliminate it but to get into her mind but for this action she needs a distraction. That’s when the most powerful Loki comes into play.

Classic Loki may look a bit ridiculous in the old comics suit but it is the variant with more developed powers. He manages to trick Alioth by creating a replica of Asgard.

Meanwhile, Loki and Sylvie were trying to enter the mind of the powerful being.

This being is in charge of eliminating the different timelines reset by the Time Authority (TVA). Basically, Ravonna Renslayer explains that they can’t delete an entire timeline so they send it to the ‘end of time’ to be frozen.

Those living things that fall there will eventually be eliminated by Alioth. This powerful character was one of the first to break his ties with his timeline and began to expand his territory, currently much larger than that of Kang the Conqueror.

According to the comics, it is a transtemporal entity that materializes as a huge cloud that eliminates everything it touches. He first appeared in 1993, in the Avengers: The Terminatrix Objective # 1 comic.
