The brutal crime of Lucio Dupuy in La Pampa It was the outcome of an ordeal of mistreatment to which both his mother and the woman’s partner subjected him for at least two years. That is, all the time he lived with them.

Barely ten days later, he returned to the Evita hospital due to a “trauma / injury to an unspecified region of the body”, an imprecise diagnosis but also settled under the T14-1 protocol that implies “trauma / injury to an unspecified region of the body”. The last medical consultation settled was on March 23, also at Evita due to trauma. There he was diagnosed with “mallet finger”, a deformity in the finger that is generated by a bone fracture of the distal phalanx. That is, the fractures that Lucio presented in December were never treated or taken into account for the mother and her partner. That day, several studies were also carried out, including an X-ray of the elbow, forearm, wrist, hand and fingers, among other areas of the body.

They investigate if the crime of Lucio Dupuy could be prevented

This Monday a team of prosecutors was formed to investigate the crime of Lucio Dupuy, whose remains were buried in the city of General Pico, while the governor of La Pampa, Sergio Ziliotto, made available to justice all the internal documentation for determine if it could have been avoided the homicide, for which the mother of the victim and the couple are detained.

Meanwhile, Juan Carlos Toulouse, the forensic doctor who performed the autopsy on the baby’s body, told Telam that He “never” saw in his almost thirty-year career mistreatment like the one Lucio suffered.
