Luminous Witches Release Date and Everything We Know

It is via the official website of the series that we learn, this Saturday, the release date of the anime Luminous Witches (Renmei Kuugun Koukuu Mahou Ongakutai Luminous Witches).

A new teaser has also been unveiled for the occasion!

As a reminder, it is Shoji Saeki who directs the series at the animation studio Shaft. He also signs the script while Shundo Kana is the assistant director. Shiotsuki Kazuya is credited for the character design, according to the original designs of Fumikane Shimada.

The luminous Witches anime is a spin-off anime of the multimedia project Strike Witches, originally created by Fumikane Shimada in 2006.

Luminous Witches Release Date

The release date of the anime Luminous Witches, directed by the animation studio SHAFT, is scheduled for July 2022.

Luminous Witches Synopsis

We follow a special squadron of idols who, unlike the witches of the Strike Witches squad, do not take part in the fights!

Their role is played elsewhere: their mission is to put a smile back on people’s faces through the power of music!
