What Happened to the Couple from Season 13 of Married at First Sight?
Couples | Status |
Gil And Myrla | Not Known |
Ryan And Brett | Separated |
Zack And Michaela | Separated |
Johnny And Bao | Separated |
José And Rachel | Still Married |
Ryan and Brett
No one was surprised to learn that Ryan Ignasiak and Brett were no longer together. Because Ryan decided to join a dating app while still participating in the social experiment, we won’t discuss this couple’s history or why they first appeared like a good match. He and Brett finally split, indicating that they would be better off as friends than in a marriage. All that counts is that they’re both happy with this choice and their present situation.
Jose And Rachel
This couple’s standing remained unchanged from the season finale through the reunion episode. That they momentarily split up after the ending was revealed by Rachel at the reunion, but they were able to repair their romance. About a month after their reunion, the couple disclosed to People magazine that they had filed for divorce in December of the following year.
Gil And Myrla
Married at First Sight’s Myrla Feria and Gil Cuero were the most opposites of all the couples on the show. No matter the issue, they couldn’t agree on anything, and neither of them backed down. Even though they shared a desire to serve others and have a family, it wasn’t enough. Myrla didn’t even kiss Gil a few weeks later since he dubbed her a “brat”, and her lousy attitude damaged Gil’s mood.
Gil’s honesty finally swayed Myrla, and he acknowledged to Myrla that he was in love with her as well. They could tease one other without getting into a fight was an added benefit. Thus, on Decision Day, they opted to continue their relationship. People suspect Myrla and Gil have broken up since their social media accounts are private, but we don’t know. We can’t tell for sure, considering their lack of evident attraction and their rocky journey on the reality program.
Johnny and Bao
Bao had asked Johnny for a divorce at the end of the show. The reunion was pleasant since the two cared about one other’s well-being. According to an article in US Weekly, they’ve both now moved on and are seeing someone else.
Michaela and Zack
When Zack Freeman came on their honeymoon, he was diagnosed with COVID-19, which ruined the honeymoon for Michaela Clark and Zack. She had to return to Houston to keep the virus from spreading, and their relationship was doomed from that point on. Everything from minor skirmishes to nervous breakdowns had a place among them.
After some time, however, they began to feel in love, and Michaela consented to remain married on Decision Day. It was a no from Zack, who said he still wanted them to be together since they had formed a more profound relationship since their first date.
I hope you never regret our time together, Michaela,” Zack continued. I owe you a debt of gratitude that will last a lifetime. “I genuinely believe that this is the beginning of a new and better era for us,” the author adds. He went on to say that every fight, dispute, leave out, laughter, tearful meal, and storm we’ve been through has all been worth it.
It means a lot to me that you care about me, and I’m grateful for that. Even though we had high hopes for the future after hearing Michaela back from Zack’s choice, it doesn’t seem like things worked out between them.
There are no married couples from Season 13 of ‘Married at First Sight.’ Season 13 of Married at First Sight ended with Jose and Rachel as the final two remaining couples, giving the season a terrible match success record of 0%.
