Tensions have risen between Russia and Ukraine since an explosion 2 days ago at Russia’s Kerch Bridge, the only bridge linking Russia to the Crimean peninsula, which Moscow annexed in 2014.

Russia directly accused Ukraine, saying they were acts of terrorism.

This Monday, several explosions shake the center of kyiv, the Ukrainian capital, as reported by the city’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko.

The attack has left several dead and wounded, the number still unconfirmed, according to the city’s emergency services.

“Several explosions in the Shevchenkiv district, in the center of the capital. All services continue to the place. Details later,” Klitchko said on Telegram.
