On July 6, 2019, Archie was christened in the sacred chapel at Windsor Castle, with royal family members in attendance, notably Prince William and Duchess Kate and Harry’s father, Prince Charles, and Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland. The 2-month-old was christened in a handcrafted duplicate of the royal christening robe used by royal newborns for the last 11 years.

She informed reporters inside Windsor Castle, “He has the sweetest temperament.” According to the Duchess, at that time, she and Prince Harry had yet to find out who their kid resembled. At his debut, her spouse stated, everyone, claimed that newborns change so much in two weeks. They were also watching how the transforming process unfolded over the next month. She further added, “his looks are changing every single day, so who knows?”

Despite the honor, one royal analyst slammed the decision of such a name, calling it “rude” since it was the Queen’s late spouse, Prince Philip’s private nickname. In early 2020, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced their separation from the royal family. They presently live in Montecito, California, in a $14 million estate.
