The new trailer for The Batman has been officially released by Warner Bros. and shows more of Robert Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne (and Batman), Zoe Kravitz’s Selina Kyle (and Catwoman) and Paul Dano’s Edward Nashton (The Riddler).
The trailer is titled “The Bat and the Cat” (The bat and the cat), and in the official account of Warner Bros. Pictures is accompanied by a message: “Revenge equals justice for the bat and the cat. “
The trailer begins with Bruce Wayne (Robert Pattinson) talking to Bella Reál (Jayme Lawson). The mayoral candidate accuses Bruce of not doing enough for the city despite his wealth and influence. As she speaks, scenes of him as Batman doing exactly what he demands are interspersed.
We also see Enigma, who left a sinister message for Batman and even takes the time to video chat with him. We can see how Selina Kyle owns a bunch of adorable stray cats, and she tells Batman that “if we don’t get up, nobody will … The bat and the cat, it sounds good “. The trailer also reveals that their relationship is not the friendliest, as the two trade blows multiple times during the new footage.
Along with the trailer, we also have a new look at the split cover of Empire magazine, in which Batman and Catwoman appear.

The Batman will hit theaters exclusively on March 4, 2022, and it’s just one of DC’s big releases for the new year. Today we have also known the release date of the film on HBO Max, which will arrive 45 days after its release in theaters.
