Paramount+ continues to grow. The streaming platform arrived in Latin America earlier this year and continues to make headlines for its content. In these months, it surprised with very successful series, films, documentaries and reality shows such as Acapulco Shore, one of the most viewed of MTV Latinoamérica and that it will premiere its ninth season very soon. And, as we know, every month the service renews its catalog and this September is loaded with interesting options to see.

-Love Weddings and other Disasters

Premiere: September 1

One of the most anticipated films of Paramount+ it is Love Weddings and other Disasters. It follows the life of a famous banquet provider, a blind woman, a bus driver and an event planner, who in their loneliness somehow try to find love while working on the wedding of a loving couple. Directed by Dennis Dugan y protagonizada por  Diane Keaton, Jeremy Irons, Maggie Grace, Andrew Bachelor, Diego Boneta, Dennis Dugan, Todd Stashwick y Jesse McCartney.




-Behind the Music

Premiere: September 1

The documentary series premieres its second season, this time, with 8 episodes. The careers of artists of the stature of Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Duran Duran, among many others. Without a doubt, it will be an intimate look at their lives and a unique opportunity for fans to learn more about their idols.




-American Rust

Premiere: September 13

This family drama tells the story of a Pennsylvania police chief who must protect the son of the woman he loves after a murder in the city. It stars the Emmy winner and Tony nominee Jeff Daniels and Maura Tierney (The Affair).

-Father there is more than one

Premiere: September 13

Santiago Segura stars in this hilarious comedy about Javier, a workaholic father who knows absolutely nothing about childcare. Now he must put his skills to the test when his wife goes on vacation and leaves him with their five children. The cast is also composed of Toni Acosta, Silvia Abril, Leo Harlem, Luna Fulgencio, Carlos González Morollón, Calma Segura, Sirena Segura, Martina D’Antiochia and Anabel Alonso.




-Father there is more than one 2

Premiere: September 15

Just two days later, the sequel to Father there is more than one. The story picks up after the success of the application for fathers and mothers that Javier created. However, it will not prevent new problems from arising in the family. Directed and starring again by Santiago Segura.




-Star Trek Lower Decks

Premiere: September 15

This animated show created by Mike McMahan is part of the franchise Star Trek headed by producer Alex Kurtzman with Star Trek: Discovery. Set in 2380, the support crew of the USS Cerritos, one of the less important ships in Starfleet, must maintain their regular tasks and social life as a multitude of anomalies shake the ship.




-Amy Winehouse & Me: Dionne’s Story

Premiere: September 15

The documentary follows the life of Dionne Bromfield, Amy’s goddaughter, who speaks of the singer for the first time ten years after her death. The film will take viewers on a deeply personal journey where Dionne shares the ups and downs and exclusive footage of her memories with Amy, all while paying tribute to their unbreakable bond.




In addition, they will reach Paramount+ movies like The Equalizer with Denzel Washington, Grown Ups 2 with Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock y Dave Spade and the horror comedy Willys Wonderland with Nicolas Cage. It should be noted that all this new content adds to the wide range of global and original content offered by the platform, such as the recently announced Infinite, Manos Arriba Chef!, iCarly, Parot, Everyone is Doing Great, House of Lies, Blackbird and many more.
