Sony Interactive Entertainment will celebrate today, Thursday, September 9, 2021, the expected PlayStation Showcase focused on the next games that will take center stage in the PS5 catalog in 2021 and beyond. The PlayStation Showcase 2021 takes place this thuThursday, September 9, 2021 at 10:00 p.m. Spanish peninsular time; 3:00 p.m. in Mexico City. Sony has been very concise in the information, without revealing absolutely anything of what we will see; but we do know that the event will have a duration of 40 minutes and nothing regarding the next generation of PlayStation VR will be shown.
The broadcast, which we can follow live from the official channels of YouTube and Twitch from PlayStation, we will also offer it in Spanish and strictly direct from our YouTube channel. If you prefer, in MeriStation we will have a transmission via text with the announcements every minute; added to the news with the complete information and the trailers that are shown in our current block.
As reported by Sony in the press release, the PlayStation Showcase will allow us to “take a look at the future of PS5” with news “from PlayStation Studios and some of the most imaginative developers in the industry, about games that will be released at the end of year and later ”.
With stores like Deathloop and Death Stranding: Director’s Cut about to hit stores, the big names of 2022 are called to make an appearance: Horizon Forbidden West (February 18), Gran Turismo 7 and the sequel to God of War.
