Praey for the Gods, the new adventure of No Matter Studios Inspired by the classic Shadow of the Colossus, it comes by surprise to PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5 and Xbox Series, all after a development that has gone through several phases, starting with a successful Kickstarter in 2015 to be subsequently launched as Early Access on PC. Now, and without prior notice, the final version arrives in multiplatform format, both for current and previous generation systems, as well as compatible.
Climb and defeat huge beasts
Praey for the Gods is an open-ended adventure game in which you take on the role of a lonely heroine who has been sent to the edge of a world on the brink of death in order to discover the secret behind an endless winter. Arriving at your destination with little more than your clothes, you must survive the colossal dangers that loom over you. To restore balance and recover the world from the threshold of death, you will face questions for which not even a god has an answer ”, we can read as part of his official description.
And it is that the title encourages us to face different types of colossal creatures, which we will have to climb to find their weak points and thus deliver the coup de grace. Beyond some mechanics that have already been seen in other similar proposals, the game has experienced a noticeable change at all levels since its early presentation a few years ago, both in the visual section and in some of its mechanics.
So much so that we can climb almost any surface, in addition to diving into icy waters in search of treasures; although we must take into account several survival mechanics so as not to perish in the attempt. Praey for the Gods is now available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5 and Xbox Series X | S at a price of 29,99 euros.
