We already reached Friday and also its Halloween, including a national holiday Monday in Spain. And as such, all VOD platforms have been releasing throughout this month ideal proposals for this time of year, from series like I know what you did last summer to films like saga Rec or special ones like the Muppets at the Haunted Mansion. But also other content for those who do not like monsters and ghosts.
And this weekend there is also a diversity of premieres, such as Netflix with its Thieves Army, Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead prequel – just this week the sequel for 2022 was announced – that Netflix released last March of this year. In the film focused on the character of Ludwig Dieter, he is challenged to burst the most protected safes in Europe, in a plot that in passing will tell us where that zombie epidemic that devastates the world arises.
At Movistar + we have for the weekend the family proposal of Santiago Segura de To full train! Destination Asturias, in addition to Ghosts, a British series of acid humor in which the living and the dead coexist, or rather must learn to live together, in the Button mansion.
Prime Video passes Halloween this weekend and premieres one of its sports documentary productions, and none other than one of the greatest icons that have ever existed: Maradona, in the documentary series Sueño Bendito that shows chapter by chapter the life of Pelusa, his greatest conquests and his worst excesses.
HBO does not release anything on the weekend, although it is understandable because precisely this week HBO Max arrived in Spain, which has come with these premieres. And at Disney + there is everything, from children with A spooky Mickey Mouse on Halloween until The Devil Wears Prada, hooligan comedies like Brain Drain 2 or the end of the REC saga with Rec Apocalypse, and that touch of zombie terror on board a ship that makes us think of Resident Evil: Revelations.

22: 00h at Movistar Premieres (dial 30). Generating addicts is a lucrative business … and, in many cases, legal. Gary Oldman, Armie Hammer and Evangeline Lilly star in this dramatic ‘thriller’ in which three very different stories intertwine with the pharmacy drug business as a backdrop.
Season 3, Movistar Series (dial 11). Behind the ramshackle doors of the Button mansion, coexistence between the living and the dead has now become a bearable routine. Alison and Mike continue to make the house profitable as a space for events and filming, including a documentary that explores the past of the great mansion. Meanwhile, the ghosts of Button House find new opportunities to mess it up and make its nonexistence more enjoyable, but also to learn and redeem themselves.
