Project management from Planta: Constantly standardized Kanban boards with templates

As part of an update, Planta pulse is introducing templates for Kanban boards, among other things. They can be used to define consistent lists, cards or user-defined fields and labels for all boards of the project management software. Administrators can manage all templates centrally. It is a feature exclusive to the Premium license.

A new option for copying boards is also reserved for premium users: Now you can no longer just select users and cards to copy, but also transfer comments if you wish. Furthermore, users can move cards from the “Recently Viewed” area directly to boards or link them. The latter is also included in the free version.

The developers have also revised the notifications: if they collect over a short period of time, pulse is now grouping them under the associated map. A notification now also appears for updates to the application itself, listing information on this. Planta had also expanded the notifications in the previous update, which are now no longer only sent in the app and by e-mail, but also via Messenger.

At the beginning of the year, the new calendar view – in addition to the classic Kanban and list view – and interactive tutorials for new users were added. Information on both updates can be found in the provider’s blog. Planta pulse appears as a paid SaaS application, a functionally slimmed down version for up to five users is free. The developer is based in Karlsruhe.
