The virtual reality version of Resident Evil 4 hit the market without one of its main modes. Mercenaries Mode was out of launch in Oculus Quest 2, but Capcom hasn’t stood idly by. The Japanese company will add it a posteriori, next year 2022. This has been confirmed thanks to a trailer that has been quickly removed, although not quickly enough to prevent Biohazard Desclassified from re-uploading it: you can see it below these lines.

This mode continues to offer the same ingredients, that is, return to game locations and end the game. as many enemies as possible. This time, however, we’ll do it from a different perspective and with the creatures lurking closer than ever. Load the shotgun because you will need it with all its cartridges full.

Judging by the trailer, another curiosity to keep in mind is that Oculus Quest will change its name and will become known as Meta Quest, a rebranding that coincides with Facebook’s decision to change the company’s name to Meta.
