Robert De Niro and his girlfriend Tiffany Chen recently made their first public appearance on the red carpet together at the Tribeca Festival in New York. The couple were attending the premiere of the documentary Kiss The Future, directed by Nenad Cicin-Sain.
Although the couple didn’t smile in front of the cameras, they looked casual yet stylish. De Niro wore black pants and a matching suit jacket, while Chen opted for a dark dress paired with a beige cardigan and sunglasses.
It’s no surprise that the couple looked tired, as they are new parents to little Gia Virginia Chen De Niro. They likely don’t get to enjoy many nights out without their little one.
De Niro recently announced the arrival of his seventh daughter on the CBS Mornings program, hosted by Gayle King. He was promoting his new film My Dad is a Danger when he made the announcement.
In a later interview with Extra, De Niro expressed excitement about being a father again. He also revealed that Gia Virginia is his first child with Chen, whom he met while filming the comedy, Pasante de moda (2015).
Chen is a martial arts teacher who has been working for years in the industry. She authored a book about tai chi and is known for her dedication to fitness and strength training.
Despite their exhaustion, De Niro and Chen looked fantastic on the red carpet. The couple is sure to make more public appearances in the future as they navigate parenthood and their careers.
