Rosamund Pike dresses in the same color as the bride at her stepdaughter’s wedding

More and more brides decide to skip the tradition and bet on another color other than white on their big day. Among the celebrities, Dita Von Teese, Anne Hathaway, Kaley Cuoco or Gwen Stefani have been the pioneers in this trend; the last three coincided in choosing pastel pink, while the first preferred an intense purple that fit perfectly into the Gothic style of her liaison with Marilyn Manson.

Last weekend was the wedding of Rosamund Pike’s stepdaughter, Olive Uniacke, who also followed this new fashion opting for a design in an intense fuchsia, with a voluminous skirt to the floor and a structured body. The most surprising thing is that her famous stepmother wore an Alexander McQueen dress of exactly the same tone, which violated one of the first rules of the wedding protocol: never overshadow the bride.

However, the color of her two outfits was so similar that it could not be a coincidence and it was probably a way to highlight the role that the actress, who has been in a relationship with Olive’s father for more than a decade, had in the ceremony.

Rosamund gave a very rocky air to her outfit playing with the contrasts by choosing accessories in black with very high sandals, a bolero and a headband with nets included.
