The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has supported the decision of the G-7 to seek the necessary support to impose a ceiling on the price of Russian oil : “Unity is essential against the aggressor, as It’s Putin.”
A support that he has expressed during his speech in the first act of the socialist campaign “The Government of the people” that has started in Seville, with a view to the next electoral appointments.
At the same time that he welcomes this measure that the world’s main economies want to promote, the president has urged the European Commission and Brussels to “once and for all and without any justification” undertake the reforms that the Government has been requesting for some time a year “to defend the middle and working class and the productive fabric”.
