ServiceNow, provider of the cloud-based platform Now for in-house service management, is launching the new Rome release. There are two new tools for Microsoft Teams. This includes the Employee Center, a command center for the hybrid workforce. Employees can find personalized information, tasks, help and services there.
The second tool for MS Teams is Employee Journey Management. It guides employees through processes such as onboarding and offboarding. It also enables HR departments and managers to personalize their resources, plans and requirements with no-code tools.
New tools in the cloud platform
The Automation Discovery and Mobile App Builder web apps are also new to the cloud platform. Automation Discovery enables users to identify 10 automation options from 180 topics for their workflows. The App Builder, on the other hand, is intended for developers who want to create and configure mobile apps for iOS and Android with less effort.
